Gastronomic guide to Bela Krajina

Taste Bela Krajina was created to position Bela Krajina as one of Slovenia’s leading culinary destinations and bring its largely undiscovered gastronomic offer to a wider audience. Working with RIC Bela Krajina, we explored the region’s culinary landscape and developed a content concept showcasing local specialities such as gribeljski žbul, Belokranjska pogača, Černomaljska presta and Belokranjska pramenka. The concept also placed Bela Krajina’s gastronomy within the wider story of the region as “Slovenia’s Garden of Eden”. The project resulted in a printed and digital gastronomic guide presenting the region’s culinary experiences, local producers and distinctive food heritage.
